During my recent stay, the exceptional service was evident from the start, especially with staff like Mr Mustafa Hamdi and Mr Mohammad Shokri at the reception, who made the check-in process seamless. The family room we enjoyed had direct pool access, which was delightful for the kids. It's a great option for families seeking convenience. The resort is home to multiple swimming pools and a water park, ensuring everyone stays entertained. While the pricing leans toward the luxurious side, the variety of on-site amenities, from the spa to the kids' club, makes it a solid value. With its beautiful layout and good food options, I'd recommend considering Pickalbatros for your next getaway.
